Thank you for shopping at Zexi. We want to deliver your favourite T-shirts and pants to your doorstep as fast and safely as possible. Please read our simple delivery rules below.

1. Delivery Time (Parcel Kab Milega?)

• Major Cities: Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.).
• Other Towns & Villages: Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
• We process all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on Monday.

2. Shipping Charges (Delivery Fees)

• Flat Delivery Fee: We charge ₨ 250 for delivery anywhere in Pakistan.
• Free Delivery: If your total bill is more than ₨ 3,000, your delivery is 100% Free! [1]

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
• You do not need to pay online. Just pay cash to the rider when you receive your parcel.

4. How to Track Your Order

• When we ship your parcel, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
• You can use this number to check where your parcel is in real-time.

5. Important Notes

• Please check your phone! Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before shipping. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
• If the courier rider creates any issue or if your parcel is damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
